EARINGS:
(Agenda:. Item E -1) The appeal was -presented of Mrs. N.
B. Montapert from the decision of the Planning Commis-
sion_ conditionally granting. Use Permit No. - 778 of Newpor
Unity Church requesting, permission to use existing'build-
=ing, at 900 West Balboa Boulevard, Newport Beach, Lots 1,
2. and. 3, Block. 109, Section B, - Newport Beach Tract, Zon
R -3,. for Sunday School, rooms, a' Church office,; book
,room,; and other Church.meetings with plans:to begin a
