A memorandum from the City Manager and Public Works
Director regarding, the receipt of four bids. by the City
Clerk. on August 2 for the construction of Mariners Park
Library; a.letter-r-eceived from .the-low bidder, W. J.
Burke Construction Company, Inc, ,. explaining, a clerical
.error made-in the computation of the.bid and.the recom-
mendations of Blurock, Ellerbroek & Associates, ..the
architects..for ,the library, were presented. Mr. Burke
