Representatives Bill No. 11703, concerning the licensing
of operators of certain vessels on the navigable waters of
the United States.
9. A letter from Regional Water Pollution Control Board,
n Santa Ana River Basin, stating that a public hearing will
be held in the Newport Beach Council Chambers on
September 14 to receive reports and to take testimony
on the Newport Bay and Newport Back Bay beneficial
water uses which are to be protected.
