9. Resolution No. 5779, approving a form of carport rental
agreement for Marinapark„ stipulating a $20 monthly
rental payment, was - adopted.

ger ,. recommending, that effective May-13 the position

West Coast Highway. The City Attorney explained that
the low bidder, George M. Brazil Plumbing .Company,
,Inc., at the time of submitting, the bid, did not have a
State "A" or "C -34" license, and therefore did not quali-
fy to do the. work. Mr. Charlie Ford, representing
George M. Brazil Plumbing, spoke, from the audience.
Resolution No. 5781, awarding the.contract for the con-
struction of water mains in Balboa Boulevard, Lafayette
Avenue. and West Coast Highway to the second lowest
bidder, Royal Pipeline Construction Company, Inc., at
the, contract, price of $91, 67Z.85,.was.adopted; and it was
directed that.the. bid of the. low bidder be rejected because
the bidder was not the holder of a State "All or "C -34"
license.
