An Ordinance,. being AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING DISTRICT MAPS NOS. 45 AND 46, REZONING PROPERTY, AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP NO. 22, rezoning Parcel 1 from Unclassified to R -3 -B -2 and Par cel 2 from Unclassified to R -4 -UL; located west. of Superior Avenue and north of Coast Highway; Planning Commission Amendment No. 180, was presented for in- troduction.if desired. The findings of the Planning Commission and a letter from William J. Cagney, whose property adjoins the proposed development, approving the proposed rezoning: as shown on a Planning Commission Drawing No. L -112 were presented. Planning Director J. W. The City Clerk was authorized to sign the form on behalf of the City. A report from the Boat Storage Committee dated April 9, 1964 was presented. The report was approved, and the policies set forth were made the official policies of the City as of April 13, 1964. 1. A memorandum dated April 10, 1964 from the City Ma ger and Public Works Director regarding approval of plans and specifications for construction of a 6" sewer force main at Ocean Boulevard and Marguerite Avenue (Contract No. C -904), recommending authorization to the City Clerk to advertise for bids to be received at 11 :00 A.M. on May 6, . 1964, was presented. The recc mendations were authorized and approved.
