This application was discussed by the Commit- tee and it was decided that upon receipt of a letter signed by an officer of the Lido Develop- ment Corporation stating that access.from the easterly property line will be available and that the Lido Development Corporation has control of this property, the Committee will recommend approval of the application. Said Application was approved for the construction as Motion x shown on the original application provided that a letter All Ayes signed by a proper person of the Corporation be filed in accordance with the recommendations of the Joint Harbo Committee. 6. Consideration was given to the following Application- A- 1366 Lido Isle Community Association Adjacent to Lido Isle Bridge, Newport Beach Application to construct floats adjacent to storage area. Drawing for this application was referred to the Committee to Study Cost of Administration of Pier Permits. (Referral meant to be to Harbor Policy Committee.) Lynn Williams, President of the Lido Isle Community Association, spoke from the audience. Item 8. of Council action regarding Joint Harbor Committee recommendations and matters: Consideration was given to the Joint Harbor Committee report that Mr. Ballinger, Harbor Engineer, requested ing, r that the proposed Pier Permit Policies include a state - re ment that the Harbor Department will be furnished copie . of all permits issued administratively so that its files will be kept current and complete.
