Creation of Our Trust
Section 1. Our Trust
We are husband and wife. This is a restatement of our Living Trust, dated
March 20, 2001, by DAVID G. JOHNSON, the husband Trustmaker, also
known as DAVID GAIL JOHNSON, and RAQUEL S. JOHNSON, the
wife Trustmaker, also known as RAQUEL MARIA JOHNSON, and the
following initial Trustees:

Our trust is a joint revocable living trust that contains our instructions for
our own well-being and that of our loved ones. All references to "our
trust" or "trust," unless otherwise stated, shall refer to this Living Trust
and the trusts created in it. All references to "Trustee" shall refer to our
initial Trustee or Trustees, or their successor or successors in trust.
When the term "Trustmaker" is used in our trust, it shall have the same
legal meaning as "Grantor," "Settlor," "Trustor," or any other term
referring to the maker of a trust.
Notwithstanding anything in our trust to the contrary, when we are serving
as Trustees under our trust, either of us may act for and conduct business
on behalf of our trust as a Trustee without the consent of any other
Trustee.
Section 2. The Name of Our Trust
For convenience, our trust shall be known as the:

In addition to the above descriptions, any description for referring to our
trust shall be effective to transfer title to our trust or to designate our trust
as a beneficiary as long as that description includes the date of our trust,
the name of at least one initial or successor Trustee, and any reference
that indicates that assets are to be held in a fiduciary capacity.

DAVID G. JOHNSON is the Trustmaker and currently acting Trustee of the DAVID G.

Under the terms of the DAVID G. JOHNSON LIVING TRUST, the Trustmaker has reserved
the right to amend the trust. The Trustmaker hereby amends the trust in the terms stated below.
The trustee hereby consents to the terms of this amendment.
All Articles of the trust are deleted and replaced in their entirety by the Articles that constitute
the JOHNSON FAMILY LIVING TRUST. dated March 20. 2001.
