Hello Shawn.
Per our Pre Job Meeting today. the owner has elected to pay the City fee to plant a
36" box tree at another location instead of planting the tree at the noted address.
You also noted the owner plans to install artificial turf in the City parkway. You
will be required to revise this permit. or pull a new permit. to install this product
in the City R/W. Please visit the City Hall PW counter to make all necessary
changes and pay the new fees.
