the City would accept contributions toward the expense
of the litigation against the California State Highway

s Harbor Policy Committee at one time to the Harbor
Commission, and which were primarily turned down
but later the Harbor Commission said that it would
consider the recommendations after the first of the
year; and it was directed that the City Clerk find the
Harbor Policy Committee memorandum,_ the one
