stating that they are opposed to the issuing of the Harbor
Permit No. A -1122 to Mr. and Mrs. Howard S. Martin
because they feel there is a danger of collision between
boats using the Martin float and boats using the Ingham
float, and that they are concerned with any possible
liability to themselves. Mrs. Clemmer stated that the
matter would be formally presented to the Council in
writing.
