Moon, a supporting telegram from B. K. Thorpe, a supporting letter from Althea Line with an endorsing petition bearing sixty - eight signatures; and opposing letters from Paul and Verna Morgan, Mr. and Mrs. Forest Hart and Susan Hart, Dedi Moore, and an opposing petition bearing 175 signatures. Donald Lewis spoke from the audience urging that the Fun Zone be allowed to stay open for the enjoyment of all the youngsters in the area. The applicant, John Konwiser, spoke from the audi- ence. The following people spoke from the audience in.favor of the proposed condominium: Robert J. A telegram from Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sloper supporting an R -1. 5 District on Balboa Island was presented.
