A letter from the Balboa Bay Club stating that their
zoning should be considered as part of Mariner's
Mile was presented.
Dick Clucas, representing the Newport. Residents
United, spoke from the audience regarding the
amendments recommended by the Newport Residents
United.

ment Department regarding noise element ordinance
of the City of Inglewood in connection with consultam
services for a comprehensive City -wide noise ordi-
nance.
Councilman Dostal made a motion to adopt the reso-
lution authorizing execution of a consultant services
agreement between the City of Newport Beach and
Wyle Laboratories for study of noise levels in con-
nection with the General Plan, not to exceed $16,10(
