proposed claim for personal injuries, allegedly due to
negligence on the part of the City, resulting when
claimant dove into the water from an outcropping of
rocks in Corona del Mar.
Claim of Robert Scott Allen for false arrest and

with his arrest on July 10, 1973 at 121 45th Street.
Claim of Marco De Silva for personal injuries re-

ceived on September 12 when he was wounded by a
Newport Beach Police Officer in the performance of
his duties while pursuing a kidnapper, and for which
Mr. De Silva is alleging negligence on the part of the
City.
