h.Libraries and museums.
i.Professional and administrative offices.
j.Public/private utility buildings and structures.
2. The following principal uses are permitted subject to the
approval of a use permit by the Planning Commission per Part 5 of
this title:
a.Any use which the Planning Commission finds consistent with
the purpose and intent of this district.
