The MU-H2 designation applies to properties
located in the Airport Area. It provides for a
horizontal intermixing of uses that may include
regional commercial office, multi-family residential,
vertical mixed-use buildings, industrial, hotel rooms,
and ancillary neighborhood commercial uses.

2,200 units as replacement
of existing office, retail,
and/or industrial uses at a
maximum density of 50 units
per adjusted gross acre, of
which a maximum of 550
units may be developed as
infill.
