All three parking spaces on the site shall be accessible and useable for vehicular parking at all times. 2.Restaurant employees shall park their automobiles in the municipal lots on the Balboa Peninsula. The applicant or operator of the facility shall purchase parking permits for eight employees on an annual basis for the municipal lots, and shall direct employees to park in said lot.
