Sales,service,and consumption of alcoholic beverages between the hours of 9 am and 11 am shall only be allowed on weekends (Friday through Sunday),and certain holidays (New Year’s Day,Saint Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day,4th of July,and Labor Day)and shall occur only in conjunction with the purchase of food from the regular menu. 42.The Property shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants. All items At least 75%of items on the menu shall be available up until ½hour before closing. 55.Except for table tents and menus,there shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type,including advertising directed to the exterior from within,promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.
