Anton, a Board Certified Plastic Surget m, a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, and one of
America's Top Plastic Surgeons. Dr. ~

nton has been in practice for 28 years, most of
that time in his current office located at 361 Hospital Road, Suite 427, Newport Beach,
CA, 92663. They will be relocating to t~,e Jetty property upon completion of the tenant

Off Street Parking ~
The property currently provides for 301 spaces that are to be used by all businesses
within the park. This is compliant with the zoning c 1)de requirement for office uses. This
was studied in 2015 by Kunzman Associates, Inc for the purposes of a tutoring center
conditional use permit and it was determined that t~le parking was more than adequate.
In addition, in 2017 a chiropractic practice was gm~·1ted a conditional use permit based;
on the same parking analysis of surplus parking tor the site for its use. There have been
no changes in the conditions since issuance of 201! 7 CUP that time. Anton Aesthetics
use is consistent with the professional office uses /as allowed for in the Zoning and
permissible.
