Mama's NPB, LP dba "Mama's Comfort Food & Cocktails" will operate as a
daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner family oriented restaurant and bar. The
restaurant and menu will be the same as the currently operating Mama's on
39 in Huntington Beach ( opened 2011) and Mama's Comfort Food &
Cocktails in Los Alamitos (opened 2018) (menu attached). Offering
breakfast daily beginning@ 8:30 a.m. is critical to the business viability. As
in the two existing Mama's locations, the operation is not a late night bar
restaurant. Offering a broad based menu of American Comfort Foods
ensures appeal for all.
