Please be advised that on June 08, 2020, our office received notice of local action on the coastal
development permit described below:
Local Permit #: CD2019-007 (P A2019-029)
Applicant(s):
Description:
Location:
Brion Jeannette Architecture, Attn: Katelynn Rodgers
The applicant is proposing demolition of an existing two-story duplex and
the construction of a new 5,244 SQ. FT. Three-story duplex which includes
a single-car garage and a single-car carport for unit A, and a two-car garage
for unit B. The applicant is also proposing a 2,685 SQ. FT. subterranean
basement. The proposed duplex is 29 feet from the established grade, and
complies with the 9.0 (NAVD 88) minimum Finish Floor Elevation. Since
the proposed vehicular access is from the street (Seashore Drive), when new
developments are required to take alley access, the Applicant is requesting
the waiver of City Council Policy L-2.
