Stameisen wes@charterwhitelight.com Application No.  Limited Term Permit No. XP2019-001  Coastal Development Permit No. CD2019-019 (PA2019-058) Address 3131 West Coast Highway Please be advised that after reviewing the subject applications, your submittal has been deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with the application process. The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Valet Route – The Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and because of the proposed location, hours of operation, and safety and traffic congestion concerns, the valet operation is unacceptable as proposed. Please revise the project with an acceptable valet route or alternative off-site parking. 2. Project Narrative – Please provide a project narrative detailing the services of the operation, anticipated number of guests, vehicle queue, and staff. Additionally include how the valet operation will minimize impact to adjacent streets and the expected duration of the operation, given this permit is for a limited term. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
