Live music will add ambience to the restaurant and will enhance the customer experience. The music is an added amenity to the customers of the restaurant and may also attract new customers which will bolster Applicant's business. The restaurant is a use typically found within this type of commercial development. Since the live music will be acoustic and limited to the interior of the restaurant, it will not add to the overall noise levels experienced by surrounding residents.
