Coast Highway Please be advised that after reviewing the subject applications, your submittal has been deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with the application process. The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Please update current tenant list – note specifically: a. Uses which are “outpatient surgery” and therefore parked at a ratio of 1 space per 250 square feet b. Suite 210 has been changed from Silegy (dental) to Wdownin (counseling/general office, or please otherwise describe) c. Update vacant spaces to reflect medical where currently permitted (see June 2014 memo and previous discussion) d. Review and verify hours of operation – several websites show discrepancies. 2. Update parking study as required based on updated tenant list. 3. Add footnote 3 to Table 2. 4. Please review the attached redlines to your submitted parking study from the Public Works Department and correct accordingly. a. Parking shall be calculated based on gross square footage. This may account for some discrepancies throughout the report.
