The project also includes additional appurtenances such as walls, fences, patios, drainage device, and landscaping. The proposed finished floor elevation of 14.46 feet (NA VD88) exceeds the minimum 9-feet (NAVD88) exceeds the minimum 9-feet (NA VD88) standard.
