development permit described below:

Demolition of an existing single-family residence and the construction of a
new 29-foot tall, three-story, 4,021 square foot, single-family residence,
including an attached 660 square foot, 3-car garage. The project also includes
additional appurtenances such as walls, fences, patios, drainage device, and
landscaping. The proposed finished floor elevation of 14.46 feet (NA VD88)
exceeds the minimum 9-feet (NAVD88) exceeds the minimum 9-feet
(NA VD88) standard. The design complies with all applicable development
standard and no deviations are requested.

Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the
Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on October 17, 2019.
