COMMUNITY DE:VeLOPMeNT MAY 2 9 2019 CITY OF l~A ~ .,,. vyp0RT sE.f>.V Once again it is time for us to re-apply for a Limited Term Permit for our outdoor sales. Our current permit is good through July 4th weekend. Our intention is to hold seasonal sales, outside of our stores (Jack's and Jack's Girls), utilizing three (3) parking spaces in front of the stores. We will put up three (3) lOxlO pop-up canopies each morning of the sale and take them down each evening. The hours of the sales are generally 8am to 8pm. We will have water filled barriers in front of the canopies to protect customers from drive lane traffic. There is ample parking on site. Separate property owner approval is not required as the owners of Jack's are the owners of the shopping center. The following dates are when we would like to conduct our outdoor sales (total of30 days): 2019 August 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 30, 31 September 1, 2 November 29, 30 December 1, 21, 22, 23, 24 2020 April 10, 11, 12 May 22, 23, 24, 25 July 2, 3, 4, 5 We have always and will continue to honor all conditions of any permit issued.
