On October 24, 2019, the Zoning Administrator approved Coastal Development Permit No.
CD2019-045. This approval is based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval in the
attached Zoning Administrator resolution. The City’s appeal period ended on November 7, 2019,
and action became final on November 8, 2019.

Project Description: A request for a coastal development permit to allow the demolition of
an existing one-story, single-family residence and construction of a new two-story 6,055-
square-foot, single-family residence with an attached 848-square-foot, four-car garage. The
project includes accessory appurtenances such as walls, fences, patios, drainage devices,
and landscaping. The project complies with all applicable development standards including
height, setbacks, and site coverage limits, and no deviations are requested. All proposed
improvements are located within the confines of the private property. The project is located
on a relatively level building pad elevation of approximately 70 feet (NAVD88) on a lot that
does not have water frontage.
