Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
Plans
1. The State now requires that discretionary applications with plans include a stamp
from an architect or qualified engineer. (This applies to projects where the future
building permit process will require an architect or qualified engineer’s stamp.)
2. Please see markups on the plans. Return this set upon resubmittal.
3. Provide a floor area exhibit. See correction to building summary table.
4. Dimension the exterior bottom surface to the adjacent finished floor for the two bay
windows. Must be at least 18”.
5. Please provide an electronic copy of all materials on a CD or via email.
FYI – the plans have been routed to Building and Public Works for review, therefore,
additional comments may be forthcoming. I will send them to you as soon as they are
available.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
