RECYCLE AND/OR SALVAGE FOR RE-USE A MINIMUM OF 65% OF THE NON HAZARDOUS CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 4.408.1 CAL GREEN CODE PUBLIC WORKS NOTES l.
