Balboa Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92663 Request for Temporary Trailer for Outdoor Storage Dear Makana: Thank you for providing Lisa, our store director with the detail to submit our request for a temporary permit. Per Section 20.48.140 Outdoor Storage, Display, and Activities Article A & A.2 & 3 -Outdoor Storage Request permission to use one bay in our truck dock for a trailer (specs to be provided by Lori with submittal) for outdoor storage. Trailer shall not be for refrigerated items, dry only. Storage use -to be used for water, non-food and or non-perishable items Timing for trailer -90 days to accommodate business needs through the holidays. Due to offseason this lessons the traffic and congestion in this area so deliveries can be accommodated without use of both bays. Care to be taken and all vendors will be notified of need for safety and caution when entering and exiting back drive for deliveries due to extra bay occupancy. Note: Vons management is aware of the concerns regarding back of house and has made efforts to remove all pallets and items stored behind building. Area has been pressure washed, bent sign has been replaced by the landlord, striping also to be completed by landlord. This standard to be enforced on going.
