Below you will find project description for a propose development on 119 Shorecliff Road. The subject property is located in Corona Del Mar, CA on Shorecliff Road, south of Pacific Coast Highway. The lot is long, narrow & rhombus shaped approximately 60’ wide by 240’ deep, it is zoned r- 1-600 and is appx. 12,926.91 s.f. the subject property includes an existing residence and garage to be demolished. Clients proposes to build a 2 story residence of appx. 6,903 s.f. including appx. 848 s.f. of the attached garage to be wood framed with a slab foundation. The project will be of an east-coast traditional design, including but not limited to the following: ample indoor/outdoor living spaces integrated with a modern ‘open’ living floor plan which maximizes potential views from living spaces as well as outdoor patios and balconies. The first floor includes the lounge, great room, kitchen butler pantry & pantry, dining, mud room and a powder room along with two bedrooms with full bath and w.i.c.. master suite, retreat, bath & w.i.c with laundry and two bedrooms with full bath and w.i.c. located at second floor. the ample parking will be provided in the form of a 4-car garage.
