On December 12, 2019, the Zoning Administrator approved Coastal Development Permit No.
CD2019-049. This approval is based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval in the
attached Zoning Administrator resolution. The City’s appeal period ended on January 2, 2020, and
action became final on January 3, 2020.
