Discussion of this data needs to be limited to on-site parking only. Additionally, it needs to be extrapolated to show that parking is not an
issue. Items that should be included:
- How peak parking for the different uses affects peak parking for site.
- How will the conversion of the former dry cleaner to restaurant will impact the overall parking demand. (i.e. are the additional
employees? Also, restaurant has a lower parking turn-over rate.
- How does the parking counts (a snapshot in time) translate to overall parking demand on the site.
- What is the parking management for the site and how will that prevent creating an impact (this is where public parking may come into
play).
