CORRECTIONS:
1. Consistency between project letter and Parking Analysis: Please ensure that information
between the proposed project letter and Parking Analysis are consistent. For example, the square
footage of the commercial space is inconsistent.
2. Update uses:
a. Tables 1-3 have outdated and incorrect information. There are different restaurants than
what is listed. For example, Z Pizza is now Fresh Brothers. Also, The Counter burgers is not
accounted for and listed as vacant.
b. Verify all parking rates. There are incorrect rates on the table. For example, Orangetheory
Fitness does not have a 1 space per 250 SF parking rate. Per UP2012-022, it has a 1 per
200, which required 15 spaces. Please verify all uses and their parking rates on the table.
