SUBJECT: NON-STANDARD IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE 32ND
STREET, VIA OPORTO AND VIA MALAGA RIGHTS-OF-WAY
ADJACENT TO 503 32ND STREET (EP -91-156)
OWNER: 503 Lido Partners LTD
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Approve a Non -Standard Agreement permitting the
construction of textured sidewalk within the 32nd
Street, Via Oporto and Via Malaga parkways adjacent to
503 32nd Street; authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk
to execute the agreement; and direct the City Clerk to
have the agreement recorded with the Orange County
Recorder.
DISCUSSION:
11503 Lido Partners LTD," the owner of the property
located at 503 32nd Street has requested that textured concrete
paving be approved within the 32nd Street, the Via Oporto and the
Via Malaga parkways adjacent to 503 32nd Street.
The Agreement will allow construction of the non-
standard improvements within the 32nd Street, Via Oporto and Via
Malaga rights-of-way as approved by the Public Works Department;
and will require the property owner to maintain the improvements
and hold the City harmless against all liability and costs
associated with these improvements.
