Project Description -Quiet Place Marine LLC
Quiet Place Marine is a charter business for a single bareboat charter of a 52' Cruiser yacht, operating
out of Newport Beach California . Charter sales are purchased, confirmed and arranged online. The Yacht

per our bareboat agreement. The pick ups and drop offs for our guests are arranged at Balboa Bay
Resort Guest Dock under the supervision of the Balboa Bay Director of Marine Operations. (Currently
Troy Heidemann ,Signature on Application). Balboa Bay Resort is located at 1221 West Coast Hwy,
Newport Beach, Ca 92663. Balboa Bay resort has arranged 6 Parking spaces (or less) available through
Valet parking or self parking. (A parking survey is Attached for Parking at Balboa Bay Resort.) The Balboa
Bay resort has 494 parking spots which according to employees and the Direct of Marine Operations say
it never is completely full and is operational 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.
The Charters have a minimum of 3 hours yet can also be available for up to 10 hours a day. There is no
brick and mortar sales or ticket office. Quiet Place Marine will provide absolutely no food, beverages or
alcohol to its passengers. All Charters are reserved in advance. The Bareboat charter will be captained by
1 of 3 USCG qualified Captains. We are compliant and certified with all USCG Regulations and inspected
yearly. All Passengers are monitored by our crew and must follow all rules and regulations of Balboa Bay
Resort and Quiet Place Marine. We are a "Drug free Vessel". All of our crew is subject to random drug
testing.
Quiet Place Marine will always maintain a peaceful, clean, and quiet presence
In the harbor and will not tolerate loud, abusive, obnoxious or disrespectful guests. Our sound system is
one small portable bluetooth speaker and can not be amplified. Quiet Place Marine adheres to Harbor
noise control as well as Harbor charter hours. Thank you for allowing our business to continue and serve
guests here in Newport Beach California.
