This letter is our formal request to obtain a Zoning Verification Letter for the Property
referenced above. Please provide a Zoning Verification Letter indicating the current zoning, if the
Property is in compliance with all applicable zoning provisions, set back requirements, parking
requirements, current use for the Property and if the current use is conforming. The letter should
