The property is not located within a Planned Unit Development or an overlay district. Excerpts from the Municipal Code and General Plan are attached for your information. The properties abutting the subject parcels to the north are located in the CM (Commercial Recreational and Marine) and PF (Public Facilities) Zoning Districts and the General Plan land use designation are in the CM (Recreational and Marine Commercial) and PF (Public Facilities) Zoning Districts, respectively.
