To whom It May Concern:
With referenced to the "City of Newport Beach Notice of Public Hearing" of Tuesday 02/23/2021, mandatory removal of
the permitted street sign at 6000 W. Coast HWY. Newport Beach, will cause hardship to the owner and or the tenants in
the building due to loss of revenue and income.
This sign is essential to the survival of the businesses in this building, in these tough economical times and downward
economy caused by the current pandemic. The sign is conforming. It was permitted by the City of Newport Beach and
built over 25 years ago.
