The following responds to "Notice of Incomplete Filing your Plan Review Comments dated 9/4/14
for the referenced project. The response is offered to clarify, acknowledge and identify revised
documents with intent to comply. Upon your review and sign off from requested departments we
request on behalf of the owner approval of the project.

Response
The revised tenant listing was received and cleared under separate
cover
Exclusion provisions for Insurance and tax planning of Marine use
has been resolved under separate cover
The minimum full size set and reduced copies are provided
Refer to site plan for revised parking calculations. The 2"d & 3"'
floor are recalculation at new area for final parking count. The off-
site parking
The correct Staff Approval and Operator License Numbers are
revised
The Z'" & 3"' floor are recalculated at net area of 8,023 + 5,039 =
13,062 SF for final parking count.
The parking layout is revised to match the configuration approved
per Plan check #1442-2001
The compact stalls are now labeled as "c" for the designated 11
stalls
The Valet drop off station for the facility is now located. A Valet
Company will provide additional schematic if required.
The requested Exhibit "A" has been provided under a separate
cover
Refer to Site plan for the added area and number of Boat slips
available
Refer to revised Site Plan and added sheet A1.0 ALTA Tilt Survey
depicting all known physical easements
Refer to sheet A0.2 and sheet D1.1with added overall exterior
dimensions to justify the adjustment of the building area
Refer to sheet A0.2 Seating plan for the hatched "Net Public Area"
and added dimensions
The retractable awning and related structure has been removed to
eliminate any design issue. The patio is bordered by a low masonry
wall and clear glass to a minimum 7' height
The distance between Billy's & the Ritz patios is labeled as 9'-4" to
match the existing condition verified in the field.
The Bulkhead setback is dimensioned and labeled as non-
conforming
