Coast Hwy Conditions: • Sidewall fire sprinkler will be required to cover under the retractable awning area and should be included with the fire sprinkler plan check submittal. N.F.P.A. 13 8.15.7.1. • Fire Sprinklers will require modifications with tenant improvements.
