Based on our meeting and subsequent conversations we are submitting for a Lot Merger and Minor Conditional Use Permit. Enclosed are a complete application, project description, damage chronology and seven (7) sets of plans. Per our discussion we will hold off on ordering a radius map and labels. Additionally, we have not included a title report -we will order one and submit it under separate cover.
