Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the review process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Please provide verification of the legal description for the project site.
2. Please provide dimensioned plans demonstrating compliance with applicable code
provisions, including:
a. Site Plan (minimum 1/8” = 1’-0” scale) showing location of proposed
improvements on the property; square footage of structures and proposed
residential units; parking areas, including drives and accesses, size and
quantity of parking spaces (new and existing); open space and landscaped areas, including accessory structures or other amenities; location, size and quantity of signage.
b. Elevations (minimum 1/8” = 1’-0” scale) showing design color and materials;
height and massing. 3. Please clarify existing land uses/structures to be eliminated in conjunction with the
project. If existing parking spaces are to be eliminated, please provide a master
parking plan demonstrating that existing land uses will retain sufficient parking to
comply with applicable parking standards. 4. As a part of requested density bonus, please indicate and requested incentives,
concessions, waivers or parking reductions, pursuant to Section 65915.
5. Provide a plan sheet showing the location of any recorded easements that may be affected by the project, such as storm drains, water lines and other public rights-of-
way.
6. Please provide an electronic copy of the above submittal items (i.e., USB flash drive
or CD-ROM).
