The following documentation is required to complete the application: Plans  Verify Location of projecting signs. The site plan and elevations do not appear to show the projecting signs in the same location.  Provide projecting sign setback from property line and adjacent tenant space.  Provide dimensions of entire sign area (lettering and logo combined) for signage over doorway.  Include the adjoining tenant space (TK Burgers) in the sign program. Indicate existing sign dimensions and proposed sign dimensions.  Provide the tenant frontage dimension for each tenant frontage including TK Burgers and all three frontages of Taco Bell.  Reduce the sign area for the projecting signs to 13 square feet. As proposed, the sign size is 13.125 square feet (1.5 x 8.75). Please call me to discuss.  Add vertical dimensions above ground for all projecting signs, including sign over doorway. Minimum dimension from the sidewalk below shall be 10 feet. Page 2  Revise Sign Program Matrix to match requested changes. Projecting signs are limited to 20 square feet on the primary frontage and 13 square feet on the secondary frontage. If the proposal includes the potential for future wall signs, show the location of those and outline of the sign area on the plans. Proposed sign area must be compatible with the size of the building, not necessarily the zoning code maximum. If both sides of Taco Bell are proposed to be primary frontages, maximum sign area for both frontages should be based on the shorter of the two frontages. Please submit 3 full sized sets of architectural plans and digital plans. The full sized plans are necessary so review of the plans can be completed to verify code compliance. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator action.
