As discussed, attached is our proposed change to further increase the distance between the apartment
building and 4910 Birch, both on the ground and levels above podium. Additionally, we have included
an exhibit further pulling back the garage from 4340 Von Karman. The latter change was discussed
previously with Ros and Seimone. Please feel free to call me at 408-981-8065 to discuss if you have
