The structure includes a raised foundation supported by caissons to meet the minimum finished floor requirements of the VE Flood Zone. The project includes hardscape, walls, landscaping, and drainage facilities. The finished floor elevation of the structure would be 17.5 feet NAVD88, which complies with the minimum finished floor elevation of 9.0 feet NAVD88. The project would reach a maximum height of 29 feet from established grade (17.5 NAVD88) and include three stories. Location: 3807 Seashore Dr, Newport Beach, CA 92663 (APN(s): 423-325-04) Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period.
