NARRATIVE
The intent of this discretionary sign approval is to get approval from the planning department for
the signage at 3101 West Coast Highway; The depth of the landscaping frontage between the
property line and the concrete waU separating the parking is 9'-0" total, Due to these tight existing
conditions, we are requesting that the City allows us to build the pylon sign with the northern
colurnn being 4'-3" from the property line as opposed to the 5'-0" clear width that is prescribed in
the zoning code. See attached for SK.01-SK.04 for further information'.
