Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following documentation is required to complete the application:
1. Project Description
Please revise project description to include more detail about the proposed operation.
Include:
- Square footage of temporary sales office (not including the model homes)
- Number of parking spaces to be provided for temporary sales office
- What are regular business hours? i.e. 9 to 5?
- Duration of the temporary sales office
i.e. How long will the sales office be used for before it is converted into garage
space for units 61 and 62? When is the anticipated start date for the sales office?
When is the anticipated removal date for the parking area?
2. Plans
Please see the attached marked up plans from the building department and the
public works department for corrections required.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a
Zoning Administrator Hearing. Should you have any questions regarding submittal
