The Pacific Bell Telephone Company i$ the current owner of 4302 Ford Road (APN: 458-361-02).
The owner has entered into an agreement with Hines to purchase the property upon obtaining
development approval.
This letter serves to grant Hines as represented by Ray Lawler. and Tom Lawless to submit an
entitlement package to the City of Newport Beach for 4302 Ford Road.
