Subject: Opposition to proposed Ford Rd Condo project
Dear Ben,
I am writing to express my significant concerns regarding the proposed condo/apartment project at Ford
Road. I am curious to know why an Environmental Impact Report has not been done for this project?
As residents of the Port Streets neighborhood, we feel strongly that there will be significant negative
impact to the community as relates to traffic flow, parking, and pedestrian safety.
Please do not allow this project to go forward without more time to evaluate how shoe-horning a condo
project into this corner would be a benefit to anyone other than the developer.
