The following pages do not include the refenced data: Page 7: Regional Vicinity Map Page 9: Site Vicinity Map Page 13: Site Plan Page 17: South and West Elevations I request that the comment period be extended for 10 days beyond the date that these blank pages are supplied. Please note that these pages are blank on the data supplied by Newport Beach. Page 19: The Mitigation Declaration states that " No resident or guest parking would be allowed at the Bonita Canyon Sports Park". There is absolutely no indication on how this will be achieved. Given the fact that many of the parking spots will be tandem there will be a strong reason to find parking outside of the development. The following pages do not contain the referenced data: Page 21: Landscaping Plan Page 23 Lighting Plan Page 25: Parking Plan page 29: Vesting Tentative Tract Map I request that the comment period be extended for 10 days beyond the date that these blank pages are supplied. Please note that these pages are blank on the data supplied by Newport Beach. Page 43: View Point. The nearest view point is Bonita Canyon Sports Park and it would be seriously affected. There is no comment on this in the Declaration The following pages do not contain the referenced data: Page 47: Visual Rendering Page 49: Visual Rendering B Page 52: Visual Rendering C Page 53: Visual Rendering D Page 55: Visual Rendering E I request that the comment period be extended for 10 days beyond the date that these blank pages are supplied. Please note that these pages are blank on the data supplied by Newport Beach. Page 132: The developer clearly admits that NBMC 19.52.040 would be locally exceeded at the Bonita Canyon Sports Park. This is a serious problem and will not be mitigated by the Park Impact Fees. Newport should not allow this. Page 135: Trip generation. This estimate is totally unbelievable and should not be accepted. Per this table less than one trip per day will be generated by this project! Are all these people staying at home all day? Your personal experience should clearly know this to be wrong... probably by at least a factor of two. Page 136: Threshold c: I am sure you have been inundated with comments on how unrealistic this "no impact" is. The entrance and egress is difficult and dangerously crosses a sidewalk commonly and heavily used. The entrance and egress have poor visibility and the Mitigated Declaration does not mention sight distance at the egress. This is essential.
